With freshly harvested lettuce, tender spring mix, and peppery arugula, this salad is a celebration of everything we love about fall produce — colour, crunch, and nutrition. Tossed with our small-batch, locally made dressing, it turns everyday greens into something special.

🥄 Instructions

  1. Wash & prep: Rinse and dry your greens thoroughly. Place them in a large salad bowl.

  2. Add your veggies: Top with tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, and red onion.

  3. Dress & toss: Drizzle with your favorite local dressing and gently toss until everything is lightly coated.

  4. Finish & serve: Sprinkle with cheese if using and serve immediately as a light lunch or a side dish.
