Roasted Corn on the Cob

Sweet, smoky, and perfectly tender — roasted corn brings out the natural sugars and adds a touch of char for that summer BBQ flavor.

๐ŸŒฑ From the Field

Our corn is picked fresh and full of sweetness, its kernels plump and golden. Roasting enhances its natural flavor, making it a star side dish for any summer meal — no grill required.

๐Ÿงบ Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 4 ears Wild Flight Farm fresh corn, husked

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • Optional: ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, lime wedges, or chopped fresh herbs for garnish

๐Ÿ”ฅ Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Prepare the corn: Place husked ears on a baking sheet and brush evenly with olive oil or butter.

  3. Season: Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).

  4. Roast for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and slightly charred.

  5. Serve hot, with lime wedges or a sprinkle of fresh herbs.

๐ŸŒพ Farmer’s Tip:

For extra flavor, grate a little Parmesan over the hot corn just before serving — it pairs beautifully with the sweetness of the kernels.
