🔥 Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. Add zucchini and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender but still slightly crisp.

  4. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes (if using).

  5. Stir in herbs just before removing from heat.

  6. Serve warm as a side or toss with pasta or grains.
