🧺 Ingredients (serves 4)

3 medium Wild Flight Farm zucchinis, sliced into rounds or half-moons

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves Wild Flight Farm garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh herbs (parsley, basil, or thyme), chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: pinch of chili flakes for a little heat
🔥 Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add zucchini and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender but still slightly crisp.

Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes (if using).

Stir in herbs just before removing from heat.
