🧺 Ingredients (makes about 1 cup)

2 cups Wild Flight Farm fresh basil leaves (packed)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

⅓ cup pine nuts or walnuts

2 cloves Wild Flight Farm garlic, peeled

½ cup extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare basil: Wash and gently pat dry the basil leaves.

Blend: In a food processor, combine basil, Parmesan, nuts, and garlic. Pulse until finely chopped.

Add oil: Slowly pour in olive oil while blending until smooth and creamy.

Season: Add salt and pepper to taste and pulse a few more times.

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
